I love Jimmy John’s. This location is far from freaky fast. I’ve been here several times and it normally takes 10 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. Any time I order anything without an item, it’s always on the sandwich. I specifically told them I had someone with a food allergy and they still put the item on the sandwich. Ordered giant club lulu. Asked for no tomatoes on half so I can save half for later and it wouldn't be as soggy. They said they couldn't take tomatoes off half unless I paid more for 2 smaller subs. They must be brain dead

Decent food never had an issue other than one time a soda being flat. Keep up the good work!
