When my wife and I stopped for a beer, we were questioned by the owner because she heard that we had traveled during the pandemic. It's a good place for a drink, but be aware that they only welcome those with family members in the cemetery. View all feedback.

I really enjoy this restaurant. It's a perfect spot for discussing politics. During a conversation about the negative impact of copper and nickel mining on our beautiful Boundary Waters, the waitress asked me to leave.
I overheard the bartender talking negatively about President Trump, which I found inappropriate. It seems that the establishment is run by overly sensitive individuals, yet they serve drinks in plastic cups, which struck me as odd. Perhaps I visited on an off day.
Best patio in town for enjoying summers in Ely!
