Big dislike. is a serious tourist trap. Everything is expensive, and every additional item incurs extra fees. Seating comes with a mandatory food and drink order for each person, and they don't inform you in advance. It is impolite and unpleasant. This is not how guests should be treated. They are always trying to push more and more aggressive orders on you. Overall, it is not recommended except for the nice live music. It is an infuriating experience that leaves a bad taste for marrakesh
Well worth visiting for good tapas. The entrecot-sandwich was excellent and good value. Not very english speaking service, but it worked out well,
What a wonderful meal! We rang ahead to book a table and were shown into the restaurant area of this little tapas bar. The inside was boiling hot! It’s nicely if a little eccentrically decorated with old cooking utensils, garden bits and an old radio – and a fire. The lady serving was an absolute star! She was really chatty, and even stopped us when she thought we were going to order too much, and in the end we had the right amount of food. The bread at the beginning was really tasty with two different spreads, and we got a complimentary limoncello each at the end. We ordered a mix of dishes, meat and cheese, broad beans with bacon, potatoes, salad… Everything came quickly and we enjoyed it all! I would definitely come back!
Visited Elche this evening whilst on honeymoon and having read the reviews we decided to give it a go, and we were not disappointed. The service was impeccable, the food was amazing and the wine choice was very good. We had the mussels, whitebait, pork cheeks, meatballs, potatas bravas and iberico ham and each dish was delicious. The whole bill including wine and 2 small beers was only 53 euros which we thought was a bargain. We cannot recommend this place enough :
We went to this restaurant having read good reviews on TA. Its not really a tapas bar, more a restaurant. Seating is at tables with tablecloths and serviates. They do have tapas on the menu but they are large and priced accordingly. We ordered from the tapas section of the menu and were not disappointed. Sharing everything we ordered. The main menu looked good so I think its well worth a visit.
