My mother and I have previously visited this establishment and had a good experience, althoug... read more My partner I treated my mother and my nan to a meal out at DomGim. My mother and I have previously visited this establishment and had a good experience, although my partner and my nan had not. The ambiance was lovely, nice blue mood...lighting with acoustic music playing in the background, as we were the first to arrive roughly around 8 pm, it wasn't busy (traditionally, the Spaniards prefer to eat later in the evening) although, throughout the evening, DomGim began filling up nicely. We had ordered the rustic bread and tomato spread for starters, as my mother ordered a medium-rare entrecote with a mushroom sauce, whilst my nan ordered a half chicken served with chips. My partner and I shared a 600g steak, medium-rare, which was cooked to absolute perfection, served in a medallion-esque style accompanied with sea salt on top of each medallion and green peppers our steak alone was €50 but it was totally worth it! For dessert, we shared the mango apple strudel. The service was second to none, providing a very personable experience whilst our waiter was handy in taking a family photo! We shall definitely be returning in the near future!
