Not only is the service unbeatable, but the quality of the food stands out along with the presentation made by it. superatentos at all times even if the restaurant is complete. There's only one missing, but they should have the star of michelín they deserve.
We went to eat 7 friends, the attention and treatment of the waiters was excellent (who cared for every detail and were very well coordinated), I loved the pulp to brasa but everything was delicious (small meat, variety of cheeses, salad of “saazones?” squids to the Roman, rice and sunmillo) possibly desserts could be improved even if the fruits. the real coffee, short and no murmur. as an additional detail: they have an oral hygiene kit at guests' disposal that includes a small brush and toothpaste
We ordered the crab paella, great flavours but so cheap on actual grains of rice. Literally there were bald patches in the pan. The paella tasted good, but we left extremely displeased and hungry. We understand prices have risen, but quite frankly rice is cheap. My husband complained to the server that quite frankly it was ridiculous especially in Elche, what’s considered in Spain to be the best place in the world for paella and we didn’t even get an apology. Not recommended if you have an appetite. Picture to follow, paella pan approximately 40 cm in diameter for context.
We were walking through the market and got hungry. Went into a tent on the pavement and hadn’t high expectations. The waitress was very professional and helped us with the menu and recommended a few starters. We ordered calamari and grilled octopus. The latter was an EXPLOSION of a dish. I’ve tried my share of octopus but this was made in heaven! As main two had beef and two had baby pork and was blown away again. Tender and delicious. We had to order desert because and the kitchen blew us away again. A spectacular evening. Thanks!
High quality food for an okay price. We liked it so much, we came back again 7 days later. I would reccomend the Ensaladilla rusa as a starter and some arroz meaning paella as the main dish. We tried the Arroz a banda , Arroz negro and Arroz con secreto y champinones , my favourite was probably the last one.
