The tea is honestly the best Ive had!. Its awesome and doesn't have that milky creamy vibe to it. More refreshing than that icecream shake type of consistency from others. Aside from it being hard to call in an order, that's the only negative. I like they're product very much and honestly think its the best Taro Milk Tea on the island. So I must say, I have searched high and low for bubble tea on Long Island given my true love for it. And it certainly is great to have a local place in the area. The service whenever I order from here is always amazing and the owner is very kind and helpful. In addition there's a good selection and decent flavoring. Tami Bubble Tea was a great experience with fast service and amazing lychee jellies!! I would recommend getting any tea with their Lychee Jellies because they are the perfect consistency and have a great taste!! Definitely my new favorite study drink.

Im on the go alot and need to be places and anytime I try to call in an order or spend a good deal of money, it seems they dont want me to and have trouble picking up the phone. It happens a good deal which is unfortunate because I like the product very much. it's starting to make me look elsewhere or wait for a day when I do have more time to order in house and wait for a bit.
If I could give it less than one star I would. I came in and ordered with the lady behind the counter after waiting there for over 5 minutes to be helped. After ordered I was asked to sit and wait. I waited for 40 minutes and was then told to give her more time to finish the drinks. 3 other people came in and left while I was waiting for mine. Absolutely terrible.
Tea tasted good (a bit overly sweet) but the boba was really mushy and tasteless.
Great bubble tea with lots of varieties. Love this store!
