Drown a cray in fresh water. Wrap in wet towel. Throw into the back of your fridge for 2 weeks. IT WILL START TO STINK,... that's a good thing. After 2 weeks, boil for 6min per pound (or per 500grms). Cool a bit and enjoy the soft moist meat that is the most beautiful thing to pass your lips. What D Y doesn't like about Boyds Best Crawfish:
Crawfish is sometimes good but not always consistent. One day it may be delicious and your next visit may be terrible. Not sure if they are reboiling or freezing the crawfish. View all feedback.

2.99 a lb 60 all you can eat! The best crawfish I've ever had! Literally farm to table. Fresh, spicy and excellent sized. We also had fried alligator which were sweet, cleaned properly and gave big chunks of those beasts. Environment was clean and has a great hometown vibe. Will make the two hr drive in heartbeat for this gem. Thank you for the great service and yummy morsels
Crawfish were cooked perfect, lacked enough seasoning for most of us. They came out of the shell easily. Service was great by our waitress. No beer, but you could bring your own, if we had known. Parking lot was awful, pot holes, mud holes and etc. Building was run down and had NO atmosphere. Iced tea was no where near ice tea, tasted like grape cool aid. Drinks served in 6 tall glasses.
