I popped in for a coffee and to use the wifi to call my cousin as I needed picking up (from the uk) the wifi wouldnt work but the girl serving was really kind and asked her manager if I could use the phone...she let me. Nice to see a bit of compassion and human kindness in a big company View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Family Restaurants:
Considering that McDonalds is supposed to offer standardised menu standards, l have always found this one to be lacking. For 10 years l have been served Luke warm fries- how is this possible so often, even at times of fast turnover? I am not usually fussy, but recently l spoke up. I was told by the person serving me, that l need to specify ' fresh fries' this would apparently ensure that they were hot!!! I get a driv... View all feedback.
She was great, very friendly and very welcoming. she went well over her job role to serve as customers.
The breakfast quality was excellent. The staff was very friendly and efficient, catering to all our needs even at 5:30 in the morning.
Our cycle group held here for coffee at the boxing day, as there are not many other options open. we were very pleasantly surprised by the great service at mccafe, including our orders on our table! coffee and cake were also good.
The workers of diamond creek mcdonald often get the unusual requests wrong, end with me back to the restaurant to get the right meal. I know I should check if they've worked the right order before the finish, but at some point I have. the order through the running gear thru and they do not always have time to check the order (in that they should not go through this process of review to see if they have been given the correct order of order.) is the most frustrating part of it when they come home and spend the meal of the family and find out that they were given the wrong meal! this error leads to return to get the right meal ordered. complete incompetence!
It's Maccas, drive thru is ok, staff are good, the place is clean, food comes out in a reasonable time.
