Four of us plus a toddler visited on Sunday for Brunch. Service was good, food was great, price was good, surroundings were excellent. Coffee was good.
The cafe has been going a while now - over a year - so you would think it would be a good time to think about service and feedback. The coffee tastes fine but the service at the little caravan is terrible. If one order is in progress other customers are required to wait until it is complete to place an order and pay. After paying, customers take a seat and must then return to collect the order in dribs and drabs. This might be ok if the prices reflected service but with a small coffee at $3.80 it is disappointing.
I highly recommend this cozy café for their excellent coffee and delicious homemade cakes and slices. The lemonade is particularly refreshing during the summer months. It's a lovely and relaxing spot to visit, with the added bonus of being able to see some animals nearby. Don't miss out on trying their menu!
Called into cafe eden after riding bike from Diamond Creek. Delicious coffee and homemade cake. My daughter had the homemade raspeberry icecream, which she thought was fabulous.
The café and its menu may be small in size, but the exceptional food quality and friendly service make up for it. Located near the Edendale Community Farm in Eltham, diners have the option to dine in sunny or shaded areas. Outdoor tables and chairs are set up along a spacious, well-kept path overlooking the chicken stable.
