The Geierswalder See with its lo... read more End a mild summer evening in a beautiful ambience in the Lausitz Lake District... there aren't that many options at the moment. The Geierswalder See with its locations around the harbor is one of the few. You're willing to pay a little more for it if EVERYTHING fits together. Unfortunately that doesn't happen in the bikini bar. On our second visit we also realized that the drinks are simply overpriced. An Aperol Spritz for €9.50 with more ice than anything else is a NO GO. Unfortunately, the food for all four people was either too salty or barely seasoned. The tuna pizza had 1kg of cheese on it, but it had tuna to look for with a magnifying glass. Unfortunately, most of the food tastes like poor convenience. This is a great shame, as visitors from the region will stay away sooner or later and tourists will communicate this accordingly... It would really be nice if the quality of the food and the drink prices could be worked on again, because the ambience is really wonderful. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The food came before the drinks, but with a wait of only 20 minutes, that's justifiable. Prociutto pizza was good and tasted homemade. Spaghetti Bolognese was also good. The cocktails (including non-alcoholic ones were great. The staff was friendly and always had a suitable saying ready. The problem was a somewhat wannabe super-cool and redneck waiter who seemed to be somehow stressed or annoyed by guests who just sat down somewhere without asking. We felt that too with mumbling and arrogance. Unfortunately, as we walked we didn 't find the sign You will be seated . People were then offered places that they didn 't want. It was almost harassment. Several guests left without ordering. Such a nice place but one waiter should stay home if he doesn 't like his job. This time it wasn 't the guests ' fault. It was simply unknown to us, but we were all the more surprised at the treasures that came to the shore in terms of regional nightlife options. Please keep the quality of the drinks as high as possible! Three stars for the food because there was only cake and ragout fin. Unfortunately, no nibbles such as pretzel sticks etc. But the Ragout Fin we ordered was still a treat! We would definitely like to come back. Best regards!
