We made our reservations well in advance, and we even specifically asked in advance whether the staff could handle such a large group. They assured us they could – but the result was disastrous. Shortly after we arrived, the beer ran out – completely incomprehensible given the packed restaurant. There was a delay of over two hours between the first and last burgers being served. While some were already finished, others hadn't even gotten their food yet. This is simply unacceptable. Even worse: most of the burgers were missing the ordered sides. Instead of fries or coleslaw, we got nothing. But they were still on the bill. Our comments were met with little or no response. Hygiene? None. The overall impression was more lackluster than clean. Leaving two completely overwhelmed teenagers to handle a packed restaurant on their own is not only negligent, but almost irresponsible. Conclusion: Poor service, inadequate organization, questionable hygiene, and unclear billing. It was our first and last time. Absolutely not recommended for groups.
