Of course it was co... read more I ordered on December 14th, 2023 at 6 p.m. The food came 20 minutes TOO EARLY. The table was not yet set. Not all the guests were there yet. Of course it was cold by the time we could eat. THREE components were MISSING. After a complaint, a delivery was made. As a “compensation” there were 2x €5 “vouchers”, of which only 1 voucher can be redeemed per order and per person. In addition, it is ONLY valid for orders worth at least €25 AND ONLY in January 2023. HOW PLEASE? When was my order again? Oh yes, in December 2023! Should I travel back in time about 11 months to catch up on the PROMOTION? Compensation would only have been a genuine voucher without a minimum order value. Even if he had only held a liter bottle of Coke in his hand, it would have been better than two pieces of glossy printed expired paper. I could quickly enter everything on the website and then receive the confirmation and invoice by email as usual. A delivery fee of €2.50 was also charged. Shortly after ordering, I got a call saying that there was a minimum order value of €20, but it wasn't visible anywhere and I could order as normal, including confirmation and invoice. I was asked if I just wanted to order something else. I do not get it. Whether I pay €16.40 or €20. We'll look elsewhere now. The food was always good, but unfortunately the service was poor. We made the reservation well in advance and even specifically asked beforehand if the staff could handle such a large group. We received assurances – but the result was disastrous. Shortly after our arrival, they ran out of beer – completely unacceptable in a packed restaurant. Over two hours passed between the first and last burger being served. While some had already finished eating, others hadn't even received their food. This is simply unacceptable. Even worse: most of the burgers were missing the ordered sides. Instead of fries or coleslaw – nothing arrived. However, they were still listed on the bill. Our complaints were met with little to no response, or only with annoyance. Hygiene? Non-existent. The overall impression was more neglected than clean. Assigning two completely overwhelmed teenagers to manage a full restaurant on their own is not only negligent but borders on irresponsible. Conclusion: Poor service, inadequate organization, questionable hygiene, and an incomprehensible bill. For us, it was the first and last time. Absolutely not recommended for groups.

They assured us everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different: After more than two hours, not everyone had received their food – and this despite the fact that the food was neither particularly good nor tasty, and some side dishes were even forgotten. Why it took so long is a mystery to us. Particularly disappointing was the fact that there was no apology from the staff for the wait or the poor service. Completely unsuitable for a special occasion. We will definitely not be returning.
