No prior notice, no update—nothing. Given that it’s Valentine’s weekend, every other decent restaurant was fully booked, leaving us scrambling for alternatives and ultimately settling for fast food. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially on such a busy weekend. If the restaurant was going to be closed, the least they could have done was inform customers who had reservations. A huge letdown, and I won’t be trusting them with future plans. Service: 1
