When I went to pay the bill I inadvertently left wallet on the table and as the waitress (an english girl) was taking an age to tell me how much I owed I went a... read more When I went to pay the bill I inadvertently left wallet on the table and as the waitress (an english girl) was taking an age to tell me how much I owed I went across to my wife, who was sitting outside, only to find my wallet had disappeared in a flash (there were no other people around as they were all outside sitting in the sun) and although the table had been tidied up the waitress she assured me that she had not seen any wallet! Fortunately I limited my loss by stopping all my cards, but someone clearly benefitted by the cash in my wallet!!

It´s impossibly cheap, virtually always excellent food (and if you´re not happy, if you tell the waiting staff they are happy to give a replacement) and a great people watching place. For what they charge, I cannot believe anybody could give a bad review. Service may not always be snappy, but this is a small, provincial Spanish café it´s a lot better than many I´ve been in over the years. If you want instant food, go to Macdonald´s, not here. Love the place, and so do our visitors we always get a request to go to Andreu´s!
