Arby's - Eloy

Came through the drive thru this evening, ordered a number one meal and a 4pc mozzarella stick, drove all the way home only to find the fries weren't in the bag. I tried to call to get a resolution because I'm not driving another 30 min round trip for fries, but after 8-9 rings no one answered. So I paid $17 for a meal I only got 2/3 of. I wouldn't normally bother writing a review but since I can't get anyone on the phone I don't know how else to get my money back.

Restaurant is located inside of Love Travel Stop. Service was very good and the food was good. There is plenty of seating and there is nice music playing. We stopped for fuel, and our Grandkids were hungry.

How ironic! You showing me a picture of their 2 for$6 special sign in the window, when I didn't get that bargain cause here it's 2 for$7! I hate businesses that advertise on national television, their special promos, but when you wait in line at the drive thru, it's more expensive. And if you had known that earlier, you might've picked somewhere else to eat, so you're stuck to either weather it out or give in, but now it's all not by choice. You can't back out, cause there are cars behind you, you can't side swipe out, cause it's all landscaped drive thru pathways, so now you're a bit aggravated at this establishment. If I can receive the national commercial that you air in my city, I should be able to get that promo regardless of franchising, ownership, etc.... Oh and by the way....couldn't also get the 4 for $10...only the 2 for $7.?Be very very wary about this brand, it does this all the time. Will be reluctant to visit soon again.

Food was ok, unfortunately the cashier Ava isn't too interested in helping customers.

Make sure you check your bag to see if all items are there. Ended up with no curly fries which I paid for..
