It's Just Wings - Casa Grande

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The wings were lacking sauce, and the dry rub was completely overwhelmed by the sauce. The fries were unappetizing and inedible. Overall, I would rate it a 30 out of 100.

The food was decent, but I didn't receive my complete order despite having paid for it. Additionally, they didn't answer the phone when I tried to call. I won't be ordering from them again.

At 7:50 PM, I followed up again about my order and decided it was time to inquire. By 7:55 PM, I was still waiting for someone to assist me. Eventually, a server came out, asked for my information, and found my order sitting there—now cold—while he muttered something about not receiving a tip for the order. I had put aside a $25 cash tip, but at that point, I was too frustrated to concern myself with it. If I hadn’t been in such a hurry, I would have asked for the order to be remade since it was far from hot and fresh when they finally handed it to me. I was on a tight schedule and needed to bring dinner to my wife at her workplace by 8 PM. Unfortunately, dinner was late, and we ended up eating a disappointing meal together. This was my first and only negative experience at this restaurant.

We ordered the bone-in wings with apple BBQ sauce, and they were absolutely delicious! The chicken was juicy, and the exterior had the perfect crunch. They were simply outstanding! The curly fries were also just right. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

The wings were disappointing. The habanero flavor didn't pack any heat, and overall, the quality of the wings was subpar. The meat was tough and lacked flavor, although the fries were decent.
