In one word: perfect! menus and drinks at the top team discreet and warm and finally a restaurant or dishes and desserts follow without haste but without languishing.
A faultless one in this little restaurant found randomly from a visit to the old town of Elne. It was the head of calfskin displayed in the dish of the day that attracted me to this establishment. warm welcome and service. excellent anchovie duo on oil peppers in the inlet. also succulent dessert based on speculos, mascarpone, banana and hot chocolate. Finally, it was the veal head (very copyy) that deserved an improvement: maybe 20 minutes of extra cooking so that the meat was more mellow! I should have chosen the cod or lamb shoulder that my neighbors delighted.
Super resto as well as the staff without forgetting the boss. I highly recommend it
Here is a restaurant that I frequent often and that I recommend you for the very nice waiters and bosses, the report quality price, of course on the kitchen side, it's not perfect (brown sauce of the rossini and desserts, in any case for my palace married to a pastry chef but you will not be disappointed, neither of the menu of the noon, nor of the suggestions, nor of the map (which could just change a little more of the seasons.
