You can't make fresh pasta that fast. It felt like a quick takeaway service. The carbonara was runny and there wasn't enough of it. Especially with pasta, which isn't expensive to buy, they could at least serve enough to fill a plate and satisfy a person. They didn't ask us about drinks again in between, but we were out quickly anyway.
