Not a single guest on Sunday at 10.30am. Breakfast for 4 people was ordered after the disappointment. There should be 9 rolls. 4 light baked rolls arrived. When we asked for wholemeal rolls we had to wait 20 minutes before 4 more baked rolls arrived. Butter was only served upon request. Upon request, salmon was no longer available. Just disappointing. Otherwise great atmosphere. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

BUT... the waiter is visibly completely overwhelmed, you watch him running back and forth even though there wasn't much going on, 3 lattes and a crema were ordered, the 3 lattes arrived and then it suddenly said we can't get any more hot drinks out Because the machine cleans itself in the middle of the day, you should program something like that for the evening! The shop was almost empty, but the food took a good 30 minutes to arrive. The crispy chicken burgers were 100% bad. The chicken smelled strongly of spoiling. The beef patties were O.K. a little dry. The vegetarian burger was good. The side fries were ok. After complaining, the crispy chicken burger was not charged. There was no apology. A pity The service is satisfactory. The atmosphere is like a shisha bar. The toilets are not clean and the roll to dry your hands was in the wet sink. 65 euros was definitely not worth it. Not recommendable. We won't be coming back! But: There were a lot of cobwebs in the restaurant with spiders, the table wasn't wiped (salt crumbs) and the butter looked like someone had already taken something with a crumb knife. If everything gets better, it will definitely be a shop you can go to again, but unfortunately not like this. The gentleman tried very hard to do everything to our satisfaction... we can only hope that the restaurant gets better because the location and furnishings are really very good!
