This was the first and very last time coming here. We came in it was quiet only one other family in the store. We ordered dinner for a family of 4 and it took us almost 40 mins to get our food. The first round of food the girl had gloves on and touched thegarbage can then handled our food. What Matt I dislikes about Burger King:
Extremely slow service. I was the only person in the restaurant at the time and one vehicle in the drive thru, and it still took 15 minutes for them to take order and then 10-15 minutes to actually get my order which was not a big order. View all feedback.

If you're considering dining at this restaurant, I'd recommend reconsidering... unless you enjoy experiencing illness or the worst customer service possible. It's difficult to voice concerns since none of the staff seem to speak fluent English. If you're looking for a meal, I'd suggest heading to Harvey's instead—this place should really be shut down.

I want to clarify that it's not about not getting help; we ended up getting change from the store next door. It’s more about how she treated me as a customer. If you work in customer service, you should possess basic customer service skills. If you can't demonstrate that, perhaps it’s better to find another job. I've read reviews mentioning this same woman, who I believe works at the window and might be a supervisor. Several people have already complained about her behavior. I urge management to take this matter seriously, as it reflects poorly on their establishment. If employees continue to behave unethically, more negative reviews will follow, as I’ve noticed a growing number of complaints. Some staff seem to forget that they should not treat customers the way they would treat their family and friends.

I went there with my friends this weekend and we had chicken and whopper combos, it was fresh and I couldn't help it other than thinking about going back. I would say it is better than previous when I was not so happy with the service. But I'm here topraise the staff and management. Thank you for your good work. Will see you soon
The food is getting worse. They say it flame broiled but u go in and there is no burgers on flames. U don't even smell it being cooked or hear it. What's with that
I wish I could give Burger King a zero. We ordered cheese sticks, onion rings, and potato fries from the menu. All three items had a burnt smell, and the potato fries were particularly unpleasant and tasted bad. Unfortunately, we had to throw everything away.
I used a coupon for buy one Whopper, get one free at Burger King. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I was charged over $8 despite only ordering the burgers. Feels like highway robbery.

The employee handling our first order wore gloves but touched the garbage can before preparing our meals. When my husband spoke up, they remade our order but seemed more focused on the drive-thru than on us. With two screaming kids and a group of staff playing on their phones in the back, the experience was awful. My husband had to raise his voice and demand the manager's contact information. DON'T COME HERE—IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!
