It's difficult to voice concerns since none of the staff seem to speak fluent English. If you're looking for a meal, I'd suggest heading to Harvey's instead—this place should really be shut down.

If you work in customer service, you should possess basic customer service skills. If you can't demonstrate that, perhaps it’s better to find another job. I've read reviews mentioning this same woman, who I believe works at the window and might be a supervisor. Several people have already complained about her behavior. I urge management to take this matter seriously, as it reflects poorly on their establishment. If employees continue to behave unethically, more negative reviews will follow, as I’ve noticed a growing number of complaints. Some staff seem to forget that they should not treat customers the way they would treat their family and friends.

We ordered dinner for four, but it took nearly 40 minutes to receive our food. The employee handling our first order wore gloves but touched the garbage can before preparing our meals. When my husband spoke up, they remade our order but seemed more focused on the drive-thru than on us. With two screaming kids and a group of staff playing on their phones in the back, the experience was awful. My husband had to raise his voice and demand the manager's contact information. DON'T COME HERE—IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!
