I frequently order from Panera, and he consistently exhibits politeness and professionalism. He also leads a fantastic team. The kiosks and the Panera app are user-friendly and make ordering a breeze. My only suggestion for the Panera company (though I understand it's not specific to this location) is to bring back the Sierra turkey sandwich.

During my last visit, there was a mix-up where someone accidentally took both of my orders. Fortunately, the manager was very understanding and apologized for the mistake. She was kind enough to remake my orders and also offered me complimentary drinks while I waited. Not many places go above and beyond like that! I would rate the customer service a solid 10/10.
