I ordered something simple: two grilled cheese sandwiches and two cups. the sandwiches came uncooked. the cheese was a little muddy, so they might have microwaved it for 30 seconds. they only delivered one cup that is probably the best because it was cumbersome and insensitive. panera was a decent place to get a sandwich and a cup suppe. they have gone downhill and it is very disappointing

During my last visit, there was a mix-up where someone accidentally took both of my orders. Fortunately, the manager was very understanding and apologized for the mistake. She was kind enough to remake my orders and also offered me complimentary drinks while I waited. Not many places go above and beyond like that! I would rate the customer service a solid 10/10.
