The owners Li and Michael are always very nice and welcoming!! The food was delicious and the owner was very friendly, even asking if I enjoyed my meal and how it could be improved. The tables and seats were not the cleanest, but it was tolerable. My favorite dish was the eel avocado roll. I did notice some negative reviews about the cashiers preparing boba, but since I don't order it often, I can't comment on that. Regardless, it's important to remember that they are still doing their job, so just focus on enjoying the food and overall experience.
