I wanted to grab a quick bite and discovered this place. The restaurant wasn’t too busy. It’s a hidden gem and a great spot to enjoy a nice cozy and quiet meal. I ordered takeout: avocado roll and vegetable tempura. The avocado roll was perfect and had a wonderful texture. The vegetable tempura was perfectly fried, not too heavy or oily. What Dennis Saunders doesn't like about Yakishabu Sushi House:
They charge food delivery drivers $3 to use the rest room, even though they’re delivering their food. That’s a sorry way to do business. If you can’t afford to operate your rest rooms, you can’t afford to operate your restaurant. View all feedback.
Horrible customer service and I was just a door dasher and the lady was rude as ever and the order took 20 minutes and they do not let door dashers use there
I wanted to grab a quick bite and discovered this place. It came with 2 pieces of asparagus and a piece of onion, carrot, pumpkin and zucchini. Both orders were delicious and incredibly rich in flavor. Their service was fast and the staff extremely friendly. I placed the order and within 15 min it was ready. Overall an absolutely fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming back!
Best bacon wrapped scallops in town! Also a nice place to try A5 wagyu. Service was great.
Everything about the experience was beautiful except for the 15-minute wait before we were served.
Let's break this down now. My partner in adventures and I were torn on how to rate this facility. I know that many people mix all the Asian cultures together and this restaurant does the same. Maybe to appeal to Americans? Overall it's a good Asian vibe. Whether it's Korean, Japanese, or something Else is hard to tell. Loved the music and the color palette.Service was excellent. Waitress was polite and concise.Food was good. We loved the chef specialty sushi appetizer. The octopus balls were small and lacking. The vagas roll's tuna was tough, but artful Crafted. The tempura was thin and perfectly cooked with just the right balance of sauces. We very much enjoyed all the sushi here. As for the shabu, the meat and veggies were fresh. We wanted thicker broth. Also the dipping sauces were an odd mix. Putting that Korean spin on shabu. I loved it, my partner was a little picker.Overall we will certainly eat here again.
