I ordered a gift basket, thinking that if I used a local small business that it would be delivered in Anchorage in a timely fashion. Instead, 8 days later, it has still not been delivered. When I called to check on it, I was told someone would call me back. It's been two hours and no call. I am very disappointed. Next day, still no call from the store and no comment to this review. THAT is poor customer service. View all feedback.
