This Starbucks team is wonderful! As a fellow Starbucks barista, there is nothing wrong with this location. The displays are clean and full; the kiosk is always tidy. This could possibly be the worst Starbucks in Anchorage. I live nearby, but I will travel to other locations just because this one is so terrible. Every time I come here, there is ALWAYS an issue. Ordered a sugar free vanilla latte. They did not have sugar free but didn't tell ne. Recieved my latte and it was just coffee and cream. When I talk to them is when I found out they had no sugar free. Should have told me. Dibetic here so must be careful. No apology for no giving what I paid

Today, it took 20 minutes for my drink because the “espresso machine” needed to warm up (I was the only person in line). Of course I’m told the espresso machine wasn’t working AFTER I paid for my drink.
Remaid my disabled friends drink and was super patient. Thanks so much.
