I ordered takeout with my bank card, but the woman at the restaurant claimed it didn't go through so I paid again. The following day, I noticed that I had been charged twice. I returned to the restaurant and was told that they had refunded my card, but I have yet to receive the refund after 3 weeks. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone messages, my calls have gone unanswered. View all feedback.
