Lovely bright ,high ceilinged restaurant serving hearty food with great portions. We had the course set lunch for which we felt was a bargain for the quality and quantity. Waiter was really friendly too.The only thing missing was the customers so if they returned and the atmosphere was more buzzy it would be rated excellent. People of Weybridge take note of a great restaurant you may not have previously considered ! View all feedback.
What 252maep doesn't like about Mulberry:
Had many delicious afternoon teas in the past. However, today was very disappointing. The top layer of 'pastries and patisserie ' were a selection of tray bakes which could have come from the local supermarket and roughly cut up. There was absolutely nothing special about them and they didn 't taste very nice. The sandwiches were untidy, and just adequate. Oatlands this is nowhere near your usual standard! The tea di... Beautiful atmosphere for afternoon tea. good service and delicious tee.
Excellent! The dining room is stunning, with a stylish, smart, and sophisticated atmosphere. The large windows offer a lovely view of the beautiful parkland, with a multitude of birds outside. The dining experience is comfortable and welcoming, with kind and knowledgeable staff. The menu is delightful, with delicious food and well-served wines. The staff are highly attentive to hospitality, ensuring a flawless experience for guests. The restaurant manager is particularly outstanding, providing excellent company and expertise. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the restaurant.
Excellent afternoon tea to rival the best in London. They definitely capitalise on the setting as their backdrop. Good selection of teas but as they were busy the refills and replenishments were far too slow. Good selection of sandwiches, scones were a huge let down they do need a better pastry chef and only one choice of jam. Service and tableware was lovely. Do pay it a visit one of the better ones I have visited.
I had never been to this restaurant before but the elegant ambiance suggested a special dining experience. I was not disappointed. The beetroot carpaccio was delicious and healthy. For my main course, I had the roasted hake served on a mussel chowder with seasonal greens and new potatoes. The fish was perfectly cooked with crispy skin and tender flesh. The chowder was delicious and the green vegetables had a nice al-dente bite. Everything was served at the right temperature, which is something that can make or break a meal. I give the chefs and waitstaff a perfect 10/10 for getting everything just right. My friends and I will definitely be returning.
