Good amount of parking was available; service was pretty quick and efficient. McPlant and Quarter pounder burgers were all fine.

After waiting for 5 minutes, I checked if the order had gone through, and they... read more I placed an order through the app and then went to the restaurant to pick it up. After waiting for 5 minutes, I checked if the order had gone through, and they confirmed that it had. However, after waiting another 10 minutes, I still had not received my food. I spoke to a manager who checked and realized that the order had not printed out. He printed it out, gave me a number, and assured me that they were working on it. After waiting for another 5 minutes, I confirmed with the manager that they had received the order, but it was not displayed on the board with the other numbers. He mentioned that the board was not working properly. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes with no food, I approached another manager and expressed my frustration about waiting for over 30 minutes. He took my ticket, prepared my food, and finally handed it to me 5 minutes later, along with an apology. As I was leaving, I decided to double-check the order and realized that they had forgotten to include the chips. I returned to the manager, who quickly retrieved the chips, handed them to me without an apology, and walked away. The whole experience was truly disappointing.
