My wife and I had cod and chips delivered and agreed that it was the best fish and chips we had eaten in years. Nice thick cod and non-soggy chips. Not the cheapest but well worth the money.
I went into the shop and got chips and paid 3.90 which is large. Got home and looked and it’s regular.
The place stank and whilst waiting for my order I was beginning to have concerns, I should have got up and walked. Despite having paid. The fish was not fresh, the chips undercooked and greasy, service poor and everything handled without scoops, gloves or any customer safety welfare.
