Dial India
Description
**Dial India: A Culinary Rollercoaster**
Dial India is a mixed bag for diners, featuring flavorful dishes that often delight but marred by turbulent delivery experiences. While many praise the delicious offerings—like the prawn dhansak and chicken masala—orders can take far longer than expected, sometimes exceeding two hours, leading to frustration among customers. Reports of missed items and unhelpful customer service further exacerbate the issue. Despite the obstacles, some patrons cherish the restaurant’s great value and friendly staff. For those willing to brave the delivery challenges, the tantalizing cuisine might just be worth the wait.

Wow, it's only 8 o'clock and my food has already arrived, and it was absolutely amazing! Definitely some of the best Indian food I've ever had, rivaling even top restaurants in London. Unfortunately, the delivery service was a complete letdown. It took over 2 hours and 45 minutes with no food in sight, just excuses, like an accident on the A3 that Google Maps didn't show. After four phone calls, they hung up on me twice when I asked about my order. The menu and online ordering process looked great, but the lack of food was very disappointing. I placed my order shortly after they opened at 5pm to avoid delays, but it's now almost 8pm and still no food. If you do order from them, I recommend paying cash on delivery to avoid any issues with credit card payments.
After I recently just eat because of too many problems, I decided to order directly in dial indias website. excellent menu first-class service food came before the estimated 6.45pm despite the snow and eating was excellent.
The dining experience was really enjoyable, especially with my delicious prawn dhansak that had a lot of flavor and plenty of shrimp. My partner also liked his chicken masala. The value for money was great, especially with the meal deal priced at £12.99, which included curry, rice, naan, a side dish, and poppadom. The only criticism would be that the saag paneer was a bit dry and could have been creamier, but still tasted good. I am satisfied with the meal and would order again, as long as the delivery person doesn't try to break down my door next time. Despite the initial mishap, he was apologetic afterwards.
The restaurant forgot items. When i phoned to complain they didn't want to know and asked me to contact just eat instead. Food quality was not great customer service was non existent. I would avoid and pick one of the other Indian restaurants in the area instead. Not a happy customer.
