Cobham Service Station M25 - Elmbridge

Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

Stopped off on route through. Big selection of food places, shops and loads of seating Good chance to stretch legs and clean toilets Expensive though

Poor social distancing Poor mask wearingIn the toilets the water for hand washing was cold despite the tap setting turned to high Drying of hands with cold air was not good I’m not sure how Cobham services think people will wash their hands for 20 seconds in these circumstances staff and visitors!

Stopped here on my way to Guildford, it was clean and the safety measures put in place are good. Most people, if not all I saw wore their masks and seemed to be following arrows and instructions.

Stopped to grab coffee and a cake and what a mistake spending money at Leon.... Disgusting watery coffee and a cake that I can only describe as small even for a toddler! Absolute rip off and will never spend another penny there
