However, the cafe seems to have redeemed itself in the eyes of other customers who have enjoyed their fresh salads, delicious coffee, and friendly staff. With generous portion sizes and a welcoming atmosphere, this spot is great for a filling breakfast, snack, or lunch. The selection of pastries, coffee, and salads have received high praise from regular customers, with particular mention of the owner's friendliness. Despite some negative experiences, it seems this cafe has potential to provide a pleasant dining experience for those in the area.
This cozy coffee shop is always welcoming and the coffee is fantastic. The atmosphere is great with comfortable seating areas. The staff is always friendly and happy to see you.

I work nearby and feel very lucky that we have this coffee shop. I used to be a barista myself so I am probably a bit picky, but I have never felt disappointed. I love the dark chocolate mocha and their green smoothie is truly refreshing. Staff are friendly, polite and very welcoming.
I visited with my toddler friend her baby yesterday had a very scary experience. We ordered for our children ourselves, our childrens food came out but ours didn’t neither did my coffee. 15 mins later I asked how long our food would be, only to find out from a lady called Kinga that it hadn’t been put through. She didn’t apologise, she snapped that it was too loud she couldn’t hear me. I then proceeded to explain that we no longer wanted our food but I would still like my coffee. She then went over to the coffee machine quite literally smashed the coffee holder off the side. Everyone in the cafe jumped. Our children were scared honestly so was I! She then bought me over my coffee which I was half thinking she would through in my lap! We left hungry traumertised! Terrible service experience. Kinga clearly doesn’t like working in service has a severe anger issue.
We contacted Aromas with a vague suggestion for a Birthday gathering and it led to me holding our party there as a private hire. So glad we did! We had a great party with delicious Mezze, a lovely ambience and the perfect environment to relax for an evening with friends and family. Thanks so much to Inci and the rest of the staff they were super helpful, always friendly and the planning was relaxed and really easy. We found it totally stress free and they even sorted out a last minute vegan meal on the day. It turned out to be the perfect venue for an evening private hire thank you!!
