It's wonderful to have a hibachi... read more I visited this restaurant recently and had an incredible experience. The ambiance, the food, and the staff were all fantastic! It's wonderful to have a hibachi restaurant in the small city of Ellsworth. Our server, who I believe was named Emily, was exceptional and incredibly kind. She honestly shared that it was her first week and that she was still in training, but I thought she had a natural talent for it! I will definitely be back again.

It lacked flavor, with everything tasting the same—chicken, steak, shrimp, rice, and noodles were all indistinguishable. The miso soup was bland, and the salad was underwhelming, overwhelmed by sauce. While there was a generous portion of food, we didn't enjoy any of it. We ended up spending $200 on five meals, but they were just boring. Even the yum yum sauce was not appealing. Aside from a bit of theatrical cooking, this restaurant is not worth the time or money.
