Upon returning home, I was disappointed to discover that the coleslaw container was only one-third full. For $5.00, I expected a larger portion! It's worrisome to witness fast food places shutting down—similar to the Burger King in Ellsworth. Is KFC going to be the next one?
The staff were amazing and very friendly, and despite being short-staffed, they worked hard to deliver prompt service. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations. I ordered a basket of 12 chicken tenders, but they were dry, tough, and overcooked, rendering them basically inedible. On a positive note, the side dishes were quite tasty.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme, but when I opened it, all I found was sour cream. I'm completely appalled. Additionally, the interior of the restaurant was very dirty; I should have turned around the moment I saw it. We waited 20 minutes for our food, and it was terrible. The woman at the front desk was very rude and gave me judgmental looks. When I brought up the issue, she just laughed and said, "Awesome." The only redeeming quality was the manager, and I really feel bad for her.
I ordered through the drive-thru, and the gentleman who took my payment was extremely friendly and a great salesperson. He was very polite and even asked if I wanted my receipt. However, when I arrived at the second window, I encountered a different experience. The woman there was quite rude; I had to honk my horn to get her attention so I could request some ketchup. To make matters worse, when I drove away, I realized she hadn't given me any napkins. Throughout the entire interaction, she seemed more focused on her phone than on providing good customer service. When I honked my horn, she opened the window and responded in a very rude tone.
