The staff preparing our chalupas and crunchwrap seemed completely uninterested and unenthusiastic. The menu items lacked care and quality, making the visit unpleasant.

The quality of the food seems to be declining rapidly, which is concerning, especially now. If you're paying $17 an hour, you need to earn it! Make the food fresh—I think everyone would be willing to wait in line if the meal was actually worth it. I ended up waiting just for tough strips of chicken, and the dipping sauce was necessary because the tenders were so dry.

He was very polite and even asked if I w... read more I ordered through the drive-thru, and the gentleman who took my payment was extremely friendly and a great salesperson. He was very polite and even asked if I wanted my receipt. However, when I arrived at the second window, I encountered a different experience. The woman there was quite rude; I had to honk my horn to get her attention so I could request some ketchup. To make matters worse, when I drove away, I realized she hadn't given me any napkins. Throughout the entire interaction, she seemed more focused on her phone than on providing good customer service. When I honked my horn, she opened the window and responded in a very rude tone.
