It's a down-home little roadside bbq joint in Ellinger, TX The food is good and the portions are quite generous. We each had a huge, overstuffed chopped brisket sandwich. I was glad to see they don't have the chopped brisket already sitting in sauce. They sauced the bun and then piled on the brisket, pickles, and onion. All that with chips and a drink for 13.95 each. They also happen to be across the street from my favorite kolache shop, Hruskas!
