I was in a bunch of IHOPs! I can only say, after I'm in here, they're not all the same! I am always looking for creative new menu elements, and was happy to find the poblano rice plate it was easy to find! The fact that I could have it with one side of waffles with strawberry compot was extra! Our server was friendly and checked for us only enough!
