Ledo Pizza - Ellicott City

I've eaten Ledo's pizza since I was a kid at University Park. I am sad to report that I can no longer recommend this local favorite. I command several stores and there is no consistency. The ingredients of pizza, cheese, crust and sauce are not the same. I'll probably order in the future, but my family isn't looking forward to pizza nights from Ledo's like before.

I ordered six pizzas for my granddaughter's birthday party with a scheduled pickup at 11:45, but it's now 12:15 and I still haven't received them. About 15 minutes ago, they told me it would be just 5 more minutes, but when I checked back, they said it would take another 7 minutes. They mentioned they are short-staffed, yet I see three employees standing around idly. This place is really disappointing! They did offer a refund, but since I'm on my way to my granddaughter's 3rd birthday party, that's not a viable option for me.
