American Deli food okay the one on Fairview Road and the Kroger's Plaza I purchased them twice the second time I think they added too much to their sauce that they put on the wings and it taste more like orange then lemon pepper. So why is it that all the American Deli selling these little bitty wings they're not getting your money's worth for the price that it cost. Just saying View all feedback.

Manager needs to teach the employees to properly address customers on the phone. I called and got a Hello? ..... Go ahead with your order. Wow. Maybe teach them to say Hello, America Deli! How may I help? It 's not that hard. The restaurant itself is dirty. I know a majority of people go in, get their food, and leave, not sitting down to eat at all. The man at the reception picked up a ranch, two shots fell out of the box. They pretended not to see. But your customer service is very good
If I could not give it any stars, I would, but this time I took my mother to American Deli for lunch before work and went in and the person who took my order was very rude as we came was an inconvenience I wanted a gryo with wings and he said the wings will not be ready for 30 min, but when we went back to disappoint our order, they were tosing wings for someone else.
Have not eaten in American Deli since a teenager, but this place was very clean and organized. The wings were very tasty and decent size, tasteful and cooked, as I asked. The wings were not oversized or tiny, what I had expected
The philly cheese steaks was great, but wings need more seasoning. Customer service could have been better.
