I visited this restaurant a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of professionalism and customer service. Mae, the person who assisted me, was able to answer all my questions and accommodate my needs as someone who is gluten-free and allergic to many things on the menu. Good staff and lively staff, but here where the good reviews end. the prices. 30$ for 3 5 inches "6 piece. brot with some meat. that's never worth it.
Long review to say very little. an early juli a journey from west washington to yellowstone. at this subway in ellensburg to lunch and of course my wallet left in one of the stands. halfway after wyoming, I realized that I had no wallet, so no card, credit card, debit card, etc. I called the subway and suspected that I had dropped the wallet there. a coworker took my name and my number, and within few minutes another coworker called me to say that they found my wallet. the crew and the manager were exceptional. they offered to send my wallet to my house what they did. a coworker updated me on the shipment, and I was even written a copy of the shipping information. when I sung at home, my wallet was there, plus $60.00 cash money inside (which I honestly did not even remember to be in there.) for people who didn't even have to answer the phone, they went too long and cost to get my sensitive property back to me with everything intact. Thanks again. there are some very good people out there.

Big round girl has messed up my order. take me a sandwich without meat! mistakes happen so I understand. I returned and tried to fix it. she was hesitant and “fixed” my order to the most inaccurate wise. I've beaten a cold meat on my sandwich. now I was wasting my lunchtime and not eating. not only was she not helpful, she saw extremely dirty with bad hygiene. Perhaps it was the weather that she looked and influenced her work. I would definitely avoid their shifts to avoid this problem again. much luck and try to avoid this worker
I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. There were five employees, with only three of them working slowly and two of them standing around. The sandwiches were not cut at an angle as per Subway standards, making them difficult to eat without creating a mess. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of mayo added to my sandwich, which I did not request.
