The menu includes vegan and gluten-free options, although some improvements could be made in that area. The lasagna and angel hair pasta in the takeout order were disappointing in terms of flavor and packaging. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and overall a good spot for a meal. Excellent service and delicious food are highlighted in multiple reviews, and the owner is praised for being friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making Ellensburg Pasta Company a destination worth visiting in the bustling city of Seattle.
Was very excited to see that they have a vegan and gluten-free dish. had their gluten-free noodles sat in olive oil with tomato, mushrooms, broccoli and zucchini. in any case, more salt and spiced, but was decent. they offer a gluten-free brot for the table, but it contains egg and is not vegan. Maybe a gf and vegan brot would be available a good supplement! my friends caesar salat and pesto pasta looked amazing. they were all in the night out of the clearing facilities so I enjoyed water. server was very friendly and fast to bring out our requests. good service if it is difficult to find these days.
Everything was fantastic! the gruß, the brot with garlic/Olive oil, the salat and the pasta dishes were all great! allie our server was very pleasant and professional.
We got takeout with lasagna and angel hair pasta. The staff was super friendly and helpful despite being quite busy. The order was ready when they said it would be, but then the problems started. First, the paper takeout containers totally failed the sauces soaked through them and turned them to mush in the 5 minutes it took to get to our hotel so much that they stuck together and when pulled apart they fell apart. Second, the order was incorrectly done. We had asked for no tomatoes in one dish and got tomatoes. Third, the food was, across both dishes we had, bland. The angel hair had basically no flavor. The lasagna fillings were bland and the sauce not very good. It is a shame because i appreciated that at least the sauce wasn’t sugar heavy like a lot of sauces but it was watery and didnt have much flavor other than the pieces of onion in it.
The food was delicious (especially the salat! obviously very fresh, the blue cheese was excellent, walnuts were not from a pack.) the drinks were excellent! so good mixed, great aromen. the ravioli was good, but the red sauce was just too sweet. the service was also good. will definitely come back for the drinks and the salads, another pasta could try.
Wow! what a brilliant culinary experience! it was a recommendation from a good friend! the wait staff were all ingenious, professional and friendly! even if they were busy, we quickly have a place on an inside table. (the outside seats look so funny!) I have to meet bruce, the owner, what a wonderful person he is! your food was delicious and filled, I ordered the seafood fattyuccine, my gast ordered the meat lovers pasta with paprika.
