Contribute Feedback What Dulce Fahey likes about Dairy Queen:
On a hot summer day, this location near Central Washington University has a charming old-school design and interior. The vintage stands and tile accents on the walls are very cool. Despite its small size, the staff is friendly and efficient. I indulged in a delicious Girl Scout Thin Mint Blizzard and a chocolate-dipped cone, which were absolutely fantastic!

What Andrew Hodkiewicz doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
My most recent order at this restaurant was disappointing. The soda was watery, the French fries tasted fishy instead of like potatoes (indicating old oil), and the chicken fingers were dry. On top of that, the service was slow. This drive-thru in Ellensburg is the worst I've experienced. View all feedback.

The service at this restaurant was excellent - fast, friendly, efficient, and polite. Although my chicken strips were forgotten, I went back and they apologized. Overall, great service.
I tried to buy something in this facility on Monday, 2nd May at 15 o'clock. I say, trying because they were closed in the middle of the day, my daughter couldn't order something in the load. there was a sign that said they had a personal problem. there were 8 cars in the line on the road thru and we couldn't wait 30 minutes on a dipped cone. I had to explain to my daughter why she could not get her tasty bites for good notes. the only purpose of dairy queen is to sell tasty eggs and some hot food, and on this day they have failed. no attempt to fix her problem, they dream children like a horror movie. while I also saw a sign that they don't bill $50 and $100. it is only anti-American to take American currency while operating a business in the united states. my family will not return to this business, I will spend my money somewhere. we have two of them in the city and I suggest that their business to the other could be as uncomfortable as that.
The customer service was great. the food was good. we have the 6 dollar special.
