However, the bedside lamps were poorly positioned and one was broken. The bathroom was decent, but the hot water was unreliable and the shower curtain was tattered. The WiFi connection was mediocre compared to LTE. The service staff was good and attentive, but the receptionist seemed ready for retirement. The breakfast was average, the vegetarian dinner was good, but the grilled meat was tough. The pillows were too firm and the mattresses were uncomfortable, with no slatted frame. Overall, the beds left much to be desired.

Stay away from this restaurant. My room was infested with sloroderma domesticum. I woke up in the middle of the night to find my bed covered in these insects and I had bites all over. The host refused to give me a refund and did not apologize. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

There are an... read more This hotel is extremely outdated and needs a full renovation. The bathroom is tiny and lacks essential items like a toilet seat and shower curtain. There are ants and other bugs coming out of the drains in both the bathroom and kitchen. The bed mattress and pillows are extremely firm, likely from the 1960s. While the balcony has a nice view, it is something that all hotels in Loutro offer. Overall, I would rate this hotel as a 1 out of 5.
