Mcdonald's - Elkton

Fast and comfortable. But like any fast food, check your order before leaving the parking lot

I honestly didn't have been in a long time, this stop wasn't bad at all... besides they had no cookies so that they have changed my order to the cookies for something else after we had asked myself that we have the new kiosks (which have no idea when they were installed) and everything was actually quite good.

Can't go wrong with McDonald. Sometimes the fries are cold. But going through is good. I wouldn't recommend it in tho.

This is the first McDonald’s I’ve been doing with the Breakfast Bagels for a long time. Not sure if all McDonald’s in MD Bagel have sandwiches or not, but they certainly don’t have them on the west coast. Except that it is your standard typical McDonald’s

Horrible service at this McDonald's customer service of the manager Chelsea was very rude and escalated an argument because my family and I ate during waiting for the rest of our order. She said we can't eat in McDonald's in an rude tone! She told us to come out of her store and she'd give us our money back. We initially waited for a few to welcome us that took a very long time, my family and I asked if it were someone to help us. Very bad service! She really needs to be trained again and again to better manage customer service skills! I am a customer service employee and I know how to treat customers better than the way we were treated. Rule of thumb customers are always right, even if their injustice is only to keep peace. This location is Elkton, Maryland. It is a big problem and must be removed immediately!!!
