Kfc - Elkton

It took 45 minutes to get my food in the car thru. I don't even live here. I left the highway for a quick bite and doubled the length of my trip. Very unprofessional staff. Nobody ever spoke to me on the speaker and when I got into the window, they took 8 minutes to open the window to welcome me. The drive from the loudspeaker to the window was about 3 cars or 15 minutes. They then took my order, made our drinks, took my credit card and sent us to a parking lot. I waited 30 minutes before I went to the door. Then finally spoke to a manager who brought our three sandwiches and fries about 10 minutes afterwards. If I weren't a soldier who was trained to hurry and wait... she'd be caught up in an ear. Needles say don't stop when you're in a hurry.

Especially. Long distance. Menu Board view blocked so that you can only see it when it is your turn to finally order as youed. Next of 1st 3 items I ordered. To make it out of the pommes. I had two with potatoes. I have two more hotels. No utensils. Eat cold and chicken fat and slim. Just gone. Thank God hampton inn has free breakfast

Waited over an hour for two five dollars of meals. When I came to the window, I told them they lost a lot of customers. And it wasn't fair for us that someone pulled up on the side and came out of the car and ordered on the window. And let us wait longer. If the workers should tell them, they must order like us all. Or move so that the people who ordered food there could get our food. When we got our food, it was cold and couldn't even eat it. I will never return to this place again. I wish I could give him a star, but we have to set a star there so that I will give them 1 but in Book his 0 star.

Had plastic packaging in my sandwich, no contact from the website complaint. Oh, and I didn't even order Mac and Cheese

No inside dining now, but a good variety of food that's no good for us. This is a Yum brands store that combines KFC and Taco Bell. Kids like one, adults the other. Can you guess which is which?
