The owner and manager were two of the rudest people I?ve ever met in my 30+ years in the wedding industry. The food didn?t make up for their attitude either. Brides, grooms, people of common sense, avoid this ?business??.

From my first interaction with Eriksso... read more I hired Hill Culinary for two of my wedding events in May 2022. My prior caterer backed out 6 weeks prior to the wedding. From my first interaction with Eriksson to through the conclusion of the event, I was completely blown away. Eriksson is a true gem of a human. He's excellent at what he does and his entire crew are just incredible humans. We had so much fun with all of them. The food was absolutely amazing, my guests are still RAVING about everything Hill Culinary served and I dream about those crab cakes on a weekly basis. I feel truly fortunate to have had this crew be apart of my wedding weekend. They were a huge contributor to the success of the event and I will always be grateful to every single member of that team. I will absolutely hire Hill Culinary for all of my catering events in the future.
