It was clean inside. However, the young lady with the colorful hair had to be new. She waited on us and act like she couldn't understand what I was saying unto her. I had to remove my mask so She could understand. She had zero tolerance and acted annoyed. Other than that it was clean. View all feedback.
The service is excellent, and the food deserves five stars. I highly recommend trying the pretzel sandwich!
The manager takes great pride in his restaurant and consistently provides fresh food with a friendly smile.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and when I finally got my food it was completely cold. Not even a little bit warm. Also there was no ketchup or mustard on my burger, only mayo. I'm not even sure how you forget those.
Drive through is very slow. It used to be really quick, less than 5 minutes on most days. Recently I have been waiting for 10 minutes just to place my order, then another 5 to pay and pick up. There have been times where cars in front of me have left. I was there today and the line was almost to Washington Blvd. other than the drive thru being slow the nuggets are amazing, always crispy. The fries should be cooked a little more as they are mostly soggy.
I pulled in the drive @12:57 and Mohammad was more than delighted to take my order. I really appreciate the hospitality and his patience. The order was for my pregnant wife and it was so relieving to have him accommodate me. Blessings to you Mohammad!
