We did take out and got the 6 oz sirloin with baked potato. I got the cucumber tomato salad and my wife got grilled asparagus. All done to perfection. Steak was tender and juicy cooked exactly like we asked for. The baked potato was one of the best we've had. My salad was very tasty and fresh. Would absolutely recommend this place if staying in Elkins,WV.

Approximately 60 attendees... read more Last Saturday evening, the EHS Class of 1971 gathered to celebrate our 51st high school reunion at the 1863 venue, catered by Velora. Approximately 60 attendees enjoyed a wonderful evening! Despite a significant power outage, everything went smoothly and the food was delightful. We had a buffet-style meal with a cash bar. The delicious cuisine perfectly matched the warm atmosphere. Many classmates shared positive feedback about the food and the excellent organization of the event. Food was excellent and swapped stories with the Owner “Mike”. Finished off the stop with a West Virginia Sunset…..Stop in and say hi to Mike. Well worth the stop.
