We’d never been to Zaxby’s before. To me, it tastes very similar to Cane’s chicken. Their main thing are chicken strips, fries, bread, and a peppery sauce.Our food came out quickly, well-made, and hot.The trash was over-flowing- but it was late.Regarding the comparison to Raising Cane’s- the bread at Raising Cane’s is better. Just ordered two salads after waiting 10 minutes in the drive through. I asked for a grilled chicken zensation salad, got fried chicken. Ordered a Cobb Salad no eggs, no bacon just lettuce, chicken, cheese and bread! Over $11 a piece! It cannot be that hard to put a salad together CORRECTLY! Rediculous! View all feedback.
Guy taking our order was clearly on drugs or just super rude for no reason. Asked for extra seasoning and they put zero seasoning. whenever we asked him questions he would ignore us.
Not really speaking on behalf of this particular location, but since they permanently REMOVED their delicious fried mushrooms from the menu a while back, I haven't returned and won't ever return.
Worker was very rude to another employee and could be heard on outside speaker. Never got my order right even asking to repeat what I said several time. Very disappointed ?
Being in the mood for delicious wings I stopped in and then saw a sign that they only had non sugar drinks which I was fine with. The employee further mentioned or to me as I was still ok with the drink issue. I ordered 5 bone in wings with garlic buffalo sauce, fries and Texas toast and a drink for $11.44. The wings were dry and not any bigger than my thumb! Sauce and service was good but I probably won’t be back.
Purchased 2 grilled house salads. the lettuce looked and tasted old the restaurant stopped carrying thousand island dressing and the plasticware was
