First time eating here as we are from South Carolina, this is hands down the best Taco Bell I have eaten at. I am an avid Taco Bell lover but our food was top notch. Not to mention it was made perfect and nothing was missing! Employees were exceptional and store was CLEAN. love this location and we will be back again when we visit again. THANK YOU. Disappointed almost Everytime I go to Taco Bells, it seems like it just gets worse over the years... I ask for light beans and get more than usual even and they gave me the wrong View all feedback.

Done a mobile order at the Elkin NC store. Was supposed to get 4 chicken chalupa supremes but got all beef. Wanted to try the new taco, it wasn’t even in the bag. Didn’t order nacho chips but WAS in the bag. Asked for mild sauce when picking it up and they assured me the sauce was in the bottom of the bag. NOPE NO SAUCE! Spent $66 for wrong food and NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE! Been calling non stop for an hour with no answer. How am I supposed to get a manager to credit me for the taco I didn’t get if I can’t call??? I live 35 minutes away so no I’m not driving back tonight for 1 missing taco. Will not be back.

It took 30 minutes to get 3 Tacos. They were not busy. Awful.
Employee washed his hands, and then wiped his nose...
