I ordered the two chicken littles combo, but he gave me just one chicken little and mac and cheese instead. When I mentioned it wasn't what I wanted, he told me to either take it or accept no refund at all. He was quite disrespectful, and this kind of behavior is damaging to customer service. If I were the manager, I would have sent him home for the day, as his attitude was unacceptable. This happened two days ago. On a brighter note, the other staff members were very friendly. One lady even offered me a complimentary apple pie for waiting ten minutes for my order of two chicken littles, fries, and a drink. Just wanted to share my thoughts.
